Bridges to Excellence: An NBCH Endorsed Program
NBCH's Board of Governors endorsed Bridges to Excellence (BTE) in 2004 after a recommendation for endorsement by NBCH's Value-Based Purchasing Committee. NBCH supports our member coalitions in the implementation and the administration of this quality-focused, physician pay-for-performance program. For more information about BTE, please click here.
Seven NBCH coalitions have promoted BTE with their employer members and assisted their employer members to implement a variety of BTE's Care Links (i.e., specific clinical areas such as the Diabetes Care Link and the Cardiac Care Link). The coalitions that have rolled out BTE include:
