The information provided here constitutes your official listing. We will provide an opportunity for your organization/company to include a 50 word maximum mission statement with contact information and 1½ inch logo to be placed in the Program Binder.

Cancellation:
Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Refunds will be made with a written notice of cancellation received on or before October 1, 2009. Refunds will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after October 1, 2009. If, for any reason this event is cancelled, we do not accept responsibility for covering airfare, hotel or other costs incurred.
