NBCH’s Opportunity Knocks Program

Interested in having NBCH spread the word about your opportunity to our coalition members and their employers?


NBCH’s Program, Opportunity Knocks, may be exactly what you are looking for.


 

What is the Opportunity Knocks?

The Opportunity Knocks Program is a way for you to send a targeted message to NBCH members regarding your value proposition related to a particular opportunity that you want to present. The Program is 2 steps: 1) Opportunity Knocks eNewsletter; 2) Opportunity Knocks Webinar.

 

The eNewsletter is a monthly publication that summarizes the opportunities that have been presented to NBCH targeting our membership or their employer members. The Webinars are conducted on an as needed basis. 

 

How It Works:

 

 

Examples of opportunities that would be appropriate for the Opportunity Knocks eNewsletter include an invitation to participate in surveys; advertisement of product/services offered to NBCH coalitions and/or employers; discounts on health care-related services; speakers bureau or educational programs; advertisement of research grants; etc.

 

The Opportunity Knocks eNewsletter is open to any organization (NBCH or NHLC membership is not required) but there is a limit of 10 opportunities per monthly eNewsletter. 

 

Publication in an Opportunity Knocks eNewsletter is by no means meant to be an endorsement of any company, product, or service by NBCH. However, it can be the first building block towards exploring a deeper relationship with NBCH (e.g., group purchasing contract, collaboration on joint projects, etc.).

  

After publication in the Opportunity Knocks eNewsletter, opportunities will be posted in the Archives for 1 year.

 

NBCH will track coalition interest related to particular opportunities listed in the Opportunity Knocks eNewsletter, for our own internal purposes, based on the feedback we receive after publication in the Opportunity Knocks eNewsletter. Please note: It will be up to the coalitions to follow-up with the advertising organizations to indicate their interest in participating.

 

If there is high interest from our membership to learn more about your particular opportunity, there may be to an opportunity for NBCH to host an Opportunity Knocks webinar for your opportunity.*

 

Benefits

  • Quickly reach out to NBCH’s nearly 60 member coalitions across the United Statesrepresenting over 7,000 employers and approximately 25 million employees and their dependents.
  • Spotlight your company’s unique value proposition to NBCH coalitions and their employer members.
  • Could lead to developing a more formal relationship (e.g., VBP Committee endorsement; group purchasing agreement; or marketing agreement) with NBCH in the future (subject to member interest and other restrictions).

Cost

  • Posting an opportunity is free to NBCH coalition and NHLC members
  • Posting an opportunity for non-members will be $500 per opportunity

Deadline for submission

  • We kindly ask that you submit your opportunity (with payment, if applicable) by the COB on the last Tuesday of each calendar month for publication in the next month’s Opportunity Knocks eNewsletter.
