NBCH Vision
Health system reform, through value based purchasing, community by community.

NBCH Mission
To provide superior membership service and to build the capacity of the NBCH membership to advance value-based purchasing of health care services.

NBCH Strategic Goals

Goal One: To strengthen and build the capacity of NBCH member coalitions to be leaders of health system reform through value based purchasing and to assist coalitions in efforts to build the capacity of their employer members to become value based purchasers of health care.

Goal Two: To identify replicable best practices in value based purchasing by evaluating the design, impact and return on investment (ROI) of coalition/purchaser strategies and tactics.

Goal Three: To advance value based purchasing by engaging, both nationally and community by community, all health care stakeholders.

Goal Four: To build the capacity of NBCH by growing and diversifying NBCH's revenue base, by improving NBCH staff skills and expertise, and by improving key internal business processes.
