Community Health Partnership Meeting

Phoenix, Arizona

November 10 -11, 2009

Meeting Attendees: Coalition directors, employers, and public health officials from community sites engaged in partnership development and population health improvement initiatives.

Meeting Summary: The workshop allowed sharing of a variety of partnerships at varying stages of collaboration and evolution, subsequently underscoring the value of community health partnerships, but it also highlighted the complexity of these evolving relationships for collaboration, need for business case information for a broader engagement of business and employers, and the energy of the participants to move forward with their initiatives.  For the complete summary, click here.
