Application for exhibit space at the NBCH Conference indicates the applicant's willingness to abide by all exhibit terms and conditions, general regulations and rules to be sent under separate cover at a later date. The information provided here constitutes your official listing.
NBCH accepts the following credit cards:
Cancellation Policy: Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Refunds will be made with a written notice of cancellation received on or before October 1, 2012. Refunds will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after October 1, 2012. If, for any reason this event is cancelled, we do not accept responsibility for covering airfare, hotel or other costs incurred.

Exhibit Fees Include:
Six exclusive noncompeting exhibit hours;
One complimentary exhibitor attendee registration;
8’ high draped back wall and 3’ high draped side wall in linear booths;
Standard 7”x 44” identification sign for linear booths;
Exhibit areas will be assigned on a first come – first served basis.
The Exhibitor fee covers registration for one representative only. Additional representatives must register separately and pay the exhibitor registration rate of $600. No "exhibit hall only" passes will be distributed.
Nonwage compensation provided to employees. The National Compensation Survey groups benefits into five categories: paid leave (vacations, holidays, sick leave); supplementary pay (premium pay for overtime and work on holidays and weekends, shift differentials, nonproduction bonuses); retirement (defined benefit and defined contribution plans); insurance (life insurance, health benefits, short-term disability, and long-term disability insurance) and legally required benefits (Social Security and Medicare, Federal and State unemployment insurance taxes, and workers’ compensation). Health benefits made be more widely defined within the scope of value-based benefit design to include for example, free or reduced gym memberships, health education and smoking cessation classes, and free vaccinations.
